— Time to deliver will be as per the schedule which starts upon receipt of all necessary information and sign off on contract from the client

–Payment should 100%in advance or the invoice date.

–Annual maintenance contract is as follows:

— The web application will be maintained free of charge in the first year

–And in the second year and going forward, Client will be billed based on the total contract, which needs to be requested 2 months before the contract                     expiry.

–Training includes 4 session in person,

–One revisions of the web application layout and design are allowed.

–Client needs to pay remaining amount for the domain if it is more than $12 .  And in the second year and going forward, Client will be billed  each year

–If any Firebase and Google Tracking APIs and other api key costs Client needs to pay

–It doesn’t include 3rd party payment API costs with Payment Gateway/additional plugins/Emails that required for the website to be functional based on client requirement

–The Web application Development Cycle includes requirement analysis, design, development, and testing from both side (development team and client).

–Additional requirement per functionality /design it have additional charges based on the requirement
